My Background
With over 15 years of experience in career coaching, I have dedicated my efforts to encouraging individuals to live a life of their choosing. Working across various social settings within disability services, I have aimed to support people in reaching their full potential. Throughout my career, I have been committed to innovation and the development of new service models that align with personal development goals.
Focusing on enabling individuals to develop their own leadership skills, I am passionate about enhancing the capacity of individuals, teams, and organisations. My track record in life coaching reflects my ability to help and empower people to achieve greater purpose, clarity, and better goal accomplishment, while also increasing their levels of motivation.
As a member of the Association for Coaching AC and qualified in Coaching/Coaching Psychology from UCC, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. Additionally, I have a keen interest in sports and the arts, which has enriched my understanding of personal development.
