My Background
I have over 15 years’ experience working towards encouraging people to live a life of their choosing. Working in many different social settings across the disability services I have aimed to support people to reach their full potential. Throughout my career I have been committed to innovation and the development of new service models.
With a focus on enabling people to develop their own leadership skills. I am passionate about enhancing the capacity of individuals, teams, and organisations. I have a track record of helping and empowering people to achieve greater purpose, clarity, better goal accomplishment, and increased levels of motivation.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching AC, qualified in Coaching/Coaching Psychology from UCC,
I have a keen interest in sports and the arts for many years.

I offer a range of services including one-on-one life and career coaching. I also offer group coaching, and workshops. These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
